In our lifetime: film premiere and call to action
On 20 September 2023 the majority of the members of the UK citizens’ jury on genome editing came back together for two encounters: an event for staff at the Wellcome Genome Campus, and the film’s cinematic premiere at the Arts Picturehouse in Cambridge.

The film screening in Cambridge – covering the jury’s deliberative democracy experience in 2022 – was followed by an audience-wide brainstorm amongst the scientists, healthcare practitioners, politicians, and creatives who had been invited.
