Lucy graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a degree in Event Management and has since built a successful career delivering events across a range of sectors, including event agencies, production companies, and institutions. She brings extensive international experience in developing and managing high-quality events, with a particular focus on creating events that encourage connection, learning, and engagement.

In her current role, Lucy leads the team responsible for event logistics, as well as overseeing the development and implementation of systems, processes, and policies that support the smooth delivery of each project.
